Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Lida, a Family Constellations facilitator, space holder, and gentle guide for those walking the path of healing and reconnection. I am a certified Family Constellation Facilitator and an Integrative Counsellor. My work is rooted in the deep belief that within each of us lives a longing to belong — not just to ourselves, but to the unseen threads of our families, our ancestry, and the life we are meant to live.

Family Constellations has changed my life. It’s a practice that invites us to gently uncover the hidden loyalties, inherited burdens, and silent stories that shape who we are — often without us even knowing. In the sacred circle of this work, something shifts. There’s spaciousness. There’s softness. There's remembering.

I offer this work with respect— for your story, your lineage, and the courage it takes to heal. My role isn’t to fix or to judge, but to walk beside you, holding a quiet lantern as you reconnect with your own truth.
